12th Annual Shawnee Great Grillers Blues & Barbeque
September 22 & 23, 2006 

Shawnee Great Grillers Blues and Barbeque was a hit again in 2006. The contest was presented by Deffenbaugh Industries, Hy-Vee, YourNew.com and the Shawnee Parks and Recreation Department. Ninety-six teams competed for prize money, trophies, and bragging rights.
